Refund Policy

At Brighter Way Cleaning Services, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of cleaning services, all sales are final once the service has been completed.
No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds for completed cleaning services.
Service Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A free re-clean of the areas in question, or
-
A service credit to be applied toward a future cleaning
Photos or videos may be required to assess the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or credits will not be issued for:

Areas that were inaccessible at the time of service

Pre-existing damage, stains, wear, or permanent conditions

Expectations that were not included in the booked service

Delays caused by lack of water, electricity, or access to the property

Services declined or reduced during the appointment

Normal dust accumulation after service
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-show appointments or denied entry may result in the full service charge.
Payments
Payment is due before the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unpaid balance may result in service cancellation.
Right to Refuse Service
Brighter Way Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, excessive clutter, biohazards, or disrespectful behavior. In these cases, charges may still apply.

By booking a service with Brighter Way Cleaning Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
