Brighter Way Cleaning Services – Cancellation Policy
At Brighter Way Cleaning Services, we value your time and ours. To provide reliable, high-quality service, we ask that all clients review and follow our cancellation policy below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service cost, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.
No-Show Appointments
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or no one is present for the appointment, the visit will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service fee.
Repeated Cancellations
Clients with two or more last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay for future services.
Brighter Way Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse future bookings after repeated cancellations.
Emergencies
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made by phone, text, or email to ensure they are received.
