General Questions

What if I forget to provide access?

If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a lock-out and subject to a lock-out fee.

Is the walkthrough free?

Yes, walkthroughs are free and required before providing a final quote for certain services.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

At Brighter Way Cleaning Services we understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Why is a walkthrough required?

Every space is different. A walkthrough allows us to accurately assess the size, condition, and specific cleaning needs so we can provide fair and accurate pricing.

How do I provide access to my home?

Access can be provided through a key, lockbox, garage code, or by someone being present at the time of service. Access instructions must be shared before your appointment.

When am I charged for my cleaning?

You will not be charged until your appointment time and service details are fully confirmed. Payment is required before service unless otherwise stated.

Does receiving an invoice mean my appointment is confirmed?

No. An appointment is only confirmed once availability is verified and you receive a confirmation notice. Receiving an invoice alone does not guarantee service.
